Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Samuel E. Phillips, 47, 825 Hickory St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.
• James Foggie, 43, 546 S. Pacific St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a stop sign violation.
• Amy Jo Morris, 38, 1413 N. Henderson Ave., was arrested on two Sikeston, Mo., warrants for contempt of court for tall grass and weeds and contempt of court for junk and trash.
• Richard R. Ring, 37, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for prohibited acts and revoked operator's license.
• Aaron A. Evans, 48, of Bertrand, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of theft of services.
• Jared R. Scirocco, 17, 259 N. Park Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of harassment.
• Christine A. Consalvo, 22, 3003 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a warrant.
• Anthony J. Figueroa, 21, 1453 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on a St. Francois County warrant for failure to appear.

Assault

• An assault was reported.

Thefts

• A theft of medication was reported.
• A theft of medication was reported at 3439 William St.
• Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported at 3018 Mimosa Drive. A television was reported stolen.

Property damage

• Breakaways Bar, 15 N. Main St., reported damaged urinals.

Miscellaneous

• A 44-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

• A theft was reported in the 800 block of August Street.
• A theft was reported in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

• A peace disturbance was reported in the 3000 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
• Telephone harassment was reported in the 900 block of Eagle Drive.
