* Daniel Vincent Abernathy, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive within lanes.
* A subject was in custody for driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and failure to drive within a single lane.
* Michael Allen White, 26, 37 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Allen Matthew Easter, 27, of Festus, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for unlawful use of a weapon.
* Joshua Howard Cox, 23, of Tamms, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts (noise).
* A subject was in custody for tampering with a motor vehicle.
* A subject was in custody for assault of emergency personnel.
* Charles C. Jackson, 21, 714 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for walking in the street.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

* William E. Goodwin II, 30, of Jackson was arrested on a St. Louis County warrant for probation violation for arson.
* Kenneth D. Hester, 29, of Thebes, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
* Christina R. Smith, 17, 1221 S. Pacific St., received a summons for harassment.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Samuel Wayne Lix, 17, of Benton, Mo., was arrested in connection with the incident.
* Regis Salon, 3049 William St., reported thefts of an extension heating tool, extension removal gel and extension removal tool.
* Sears Grand, 330 Siemers Drive, reported a theft. Lacy Elaine Deevers, 27, 422 Bellevue St., Apt. F, was arrested in connection with the incident.
* CDs and a radio were reported stolen at 1221 Bloomfield Street.
