DWI

• Joshua M. Shephard, 23, 3020 Boutin Drive, Lot 43, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• Lindsey G. Bloodworth, 24, 1909 Bloomfield St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
• Curtis T. Mack, 31, of Mounds, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for prohibited acts, noise disturbance.
• Shawn T. Mitchell, 27, of Dexter, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for driving while intoxicated.
• Asian N. Davis, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
• Shawon L. Egson, 34, 527 Cape Meadows Circle, was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court.
• Herman D. Adams, 34, 825 Hickory St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for assault.
• Curtis D. Lailer, 21, 1010 Merriwether St., was arrested on a Perry County warrant for probation violation.
• Michael D. Smith, 53, homeless, was arrested on suspicion of illegal burning.
• Stephen M. Mantz, 54, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to appear for stealing.
• Joseph W. Hogeland, 29, of Scott City was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
• Jeremy J. Haynes, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
• Kelly R. Brown, 38, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.
• A 15-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for assault.

• Michael H. Purkey, 45, 1122 Ranney Ave., was issued a summons for animal abuse.
• Troy A. Chapman, 19, 317 S. Ellis St., was issued a summons for a leash-law violation.
• Timothy J. Simmons, 44, of Scott City was issued a summons for trespassing.
• Karen A. Stacy, 39, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for driving while suspended.
• Andrew B. Stacy, 29, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for littering.

Thefts

• Furniture, satellite system, bicycles, trailer, bike rack, television, DVD changer, glass collection and painting were reported stolen at 1233 Perryville Road.
• Theft by deceit was reported.
• A tractor seat was reported at 910 S. Kingshighway.
• A debit card was reported stolen at 45 S. West End Blvd.
• A dog was reported stolen at 510 N. Fountain St., No. 11.
• Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• A phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
• Money, jewelry and a revolver were reported stolen at 1827 Greenbriar Drive.
• An iPod and DVD player were reported stolen at 822 Good Hope St.
• A light and shelving were reported stolen at 424 Sheridan Drive, Apt. 9H.
• Jimmy John's, 1800 Broadway, reported a money bag stolen.
• A sign was reported stolen at 2508 Saddlegate Court.

• A burglary was reported stolen at 1561 Briarcliff Drive.

• Eight assaults were reported.

• An outdoor security light was reported damaged at Davault Insurance, 824 Independence St.
