  • Michael L. Perry, 30, 327 S. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • Tiffany A. Tippen, 25, of East Prairie, Mo., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation and an Imperial, Mo., warrant for driving while suspended.
  • Denae L. Skrob, 18, of Jackson, and Brytny N. Masters, 17, of Jackson were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Domingo Morales, 45, address not given, was arrested on suspicion of public consumption of alcohol.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.

Summonses

  • Jay A. Jackson, 23, 603 Mechaw Drive, was issued a summons for stealing.
  • Keisha L. McReynolds, 33, 2533 Albert Rasche Drive, was issued a summons for exceeding day-care capacity.
  • Mary Carter, 54, 720 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for failure to secure trash and placement of waste containers.
  • Julie M. Hopple, 48, 613 N. Mount Auburn Road, was issued a summons for animal nuisance.
  • Gerald N. Stott, 66, 2917 Park West Heights Drive, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.

Thefts

  • Kohls, 315 Shirley Drive, reported a theft of clothing.
  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported two thefts of gasoline.
  • Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A CD player and disc changer were reported stolen at 622 Jefferson Ave.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1216 N. West End Blvd.

Property damage

  • Major Brands, 2100 Themis St., reported graffiti.
  • A political sign was reported damaged at 611 N. Merriwether St.
  • Ole Hickory Pits, 333 N. Main St., reported a truck bed liner damaged.

Miscellaneous

  • A 38-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A violation of an order of protection was reported.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Kendra L. Millis, 30, 623 N. Maryland St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Assaults

  • Assaults were reported in the 900 block of Independence Street and in the 200 block of South Bast Street.

Thefts

  • Thefts were reported in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard and in the 800 block of Old Cape Road.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported in the 300 block of South Hope Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Fraud was reported in the 800 block of Francis Drive and in the 1800 block of East Jackson Boulevard.
