DWI

* John L. DeBerry, 50, 1015 Bloomfield St., Apt. 5, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident.

Arrests

* Clayton L. Anderson, 20, 1548 Revlon Drive, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Kendale D. Patrick, 20, 520 N. Fountain St., No. 5, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Jenna A. Young, 23, of Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.

* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.

* Adam L. Davis, 24, of Greenville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for stealing, two Cape Girardeau County warrants for fraud (insufficient funds) and failure to appear for an original charge of forgery and a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended.

* Cathy L. Hampton, 41, 1205 S. Ellis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for fraud (insufficient funds).

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

* Brian A. Segura, 21, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for following too close.

* Timothy N. Tooley, 19, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Assault

* Statutory sodomy was reported.

* A jacket and amplifier were reported stolen at 226 N. Ellis St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported three separate incidents of theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 3821 Valley View Lane.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Robert E. Jackson, 42, 630 Broadridge Drive, Apt. B3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.

* Adam L. Davis, 24, of Scott City was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Thefts

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported in the 300 block of East Lane.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following item was released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety.

Theft

* The Southeast Missouri State University bookstore reported a theft.
