The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Everado Hernandez-Chavez, 24, 2831 Whitener St., Apt. 3, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
* Jerry L. Curry, 44, 218 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on a warrant.
* A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
* Donna C. Chavez, 38, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Rachel M. Phoenix, 23, of Scott City was arrested on a Scott County warrant for statutory sodomy.
* Claire's Boutique, 3049 William St., reported a theft of jewelry. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
* A burglary and theft of miscellaneous household items was reported at 412 North St.
* A window was reported broken at 920 S. Benton St.
* Interference with custody was reported.
* Violation of order of protection was reported.
* Bank of Missouri, 3427 William St., reported the passing of a bad check.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.
* A theft was reported in the 2900 block of Bainbridge Road.
* A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Andrew Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
* Harassment was reported in the 2500 block of Diana Drive.
* Harassment was reported in the 500 block of North Neal Street.
