* Zachary A. Pierce, 17, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing and interfering with arrest.
* A 15-year-old boy was placed in custody for possession of tobacco.
* Michael B. Huffstutler, 47, of Farmington, Mo., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for larceny.
* Freddie C. Banks, 37, 912 Linden St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation for driving while revoked and a Scott County warrant for failure to appear for speeding.
* A 14-year-old girl and a 15-year-old girl were cited into juvenile court for peace disturbance.
* Anthony L. Taylor, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for driving while suspended.
* Martha A. Howell, 33, 908 S. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Pemiscot County, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
* Garmisha D. Terry, 24, 1105 Ranney Ave., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for peace disturbance and failure to appear on a stealing charge.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* Theft and interfering with arrest were reported at 2136 William St.
* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of a DVD. A 10-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court in connection with the complaint.
* Stealing was reported, no address given.
* Theft of a wallet was reported at 137 S. Spanish St.
* Tire damage was reported on vehicles at 416 N. West End Blvd.
* A garage door was reported damaged at 923 N. Cape Rock Drive.
* A vehicle was reported damaged at 1728 William St.
* Harassment and trespassing were reported.
The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Debra S. Sumowski, 31, of St. Louis was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
* Theft was reported in the 600 block of East Jefferson Street.
* A burglary was reported in the 2600 block of Old Cape Road.
* Harassment was reported in the 2800 block of South Hope Street.
* Fraud was reported in the 300 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

* Jonathan L. Thompson II, 26, of Gordonville was arrested on suspicion of violation of terms of an ex parte order.
* Aimee M. Bates, 36, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while revoked.
* Ashley D. Jones, 25, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
* Jackie L. Eubanks, 50, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault.
* Jeffrey D. Morrison Jr., 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor and resisting and interfering with arrest.
