Arrests; Summonses

Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cleve T. Williams, 20, of Memphis, Tenn., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Stephen C. Sanders, 23, 1035 Village Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended and stealing.

* A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of receiving stolen property.

* Stephen K. Dowdy, 42, and Vicky L. Dowdy, 37, both of 1435 Cousin St., were arrested on suspicion of endangering the welfare of a child.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of seven instances of failure to stop at a stop sign, two instances of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, failure to maintain a single lane of traffic, driving east on a westbound lane on a divided highway, careless and imprudent driving and driving while suspended.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault.

* Barry J. Bounds, 23, of Blackjack, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.

* Andrea N. Smith, 19, 401 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

Summonses

* Shavion S. Reed, 17, 506 S. Henderson Ave., received a summons for peace disturbance. A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.

* Keith E. Williams, 921 Hackberry St., No. 7, received a summons for trespassing.

* Steven R. Ireland, 28, 2513 Albert Rasche Drive, received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of loose brush at 1522 Bloomfield St.

* Gregory K. Westermayer, 28, of Festus, Mo., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of weeds and failure to maintain a property free of trash at 822 William St.

* Carrie A. Smith, 19, 1022 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of trash and litter.

* Andrea N. Smith, 19, 401 S. Hanover St., received a summons for failure to maintain a property free of litter.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Traniesha R. Thompson, 20, 360 Dearmont Circle, No. 202, Jessica M. Jackson, 20, 1228 W. Cape Rock Drive, No. 12, and La'Nicca A. Jordan, 20, 360 Dearmont Circle, No. D214, were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Huck's, 343 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* First State Community Bank, 2527 William St., reported a robbery. Two subjects were in custody pending filing of formal charges in connection with the complaint and on suspicion of marijuana possession.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of a computer, television and electronics were reported at 431 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

* Property damage was reported.

Miscellaneous

* Trespassing was reported.

* An animal bite was reported.

Southeast Missouri State University

The following items were released by the Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summonses

* Robert L. Prinster III, Michael H. Billy and Benjamin L. Striker, ages not given, all of St. Louis, received summonses for possession of marijuana.

Theft

* A laptop computer was reported stolen at Towers Circle.
