The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

  • Julio C. Beltran, 25, 414 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain a single lane, no driver's license, no proof of insurance and no seat belt.
  • A subject was arrested pending filing of formal charges for driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain a single lane.

Arrests

  • James E. Curry, 54, 541 S. Hanover St., unit 1, was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
  • David D. Evans, 43, 536 S. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
  • Traylon D. Lawrence, 17, 2505 Melrose Ave., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance.
  • Destany J. Hale, 23, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in a single lane.
  • Ashley Figliolo, 24, 923 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Shanie L. Robinson, 28, 23 S. Hanover St., was arrested on suspicion of assault, prohibited acts and resisting arrest.
  • Cecil B. Thomas, 56, 1055 Patricia St., was arrested on an Arkansas warrant for larceny.

Assault

  • Domestic assault was reported.
