The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Nathan Way, 23, of 1181 Bertling, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Ricardo Sanacruz, 18, of 4654 Delor, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Ebay T. James, 26, of 621 S. Henderson, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for nonsupport.
Chad L. Chaney, 21, of 504 State Highway W, Oran, Mo., was arrested Friday on a warrant for contempt of court.
George Moore of 113 West Tom Brown, Charleston, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Mississippi County warrant for tampering with a victim.
Latoya A. Miller, 17, of 1105 Hidden Valley, No. 2, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing.
Jessica Edwards, 21, of 921 Hackberry, No. 111, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of stealing.
Wade Fuller, 48, of 1021 Themis, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
Thefts
A purse was reported stolen Friday at 2148 William.
A dog was reported stolen Friday at 508 Cape Meadows Circle, No. 30.
Gasoline was reported stolen Friday at Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg.
CDs were reported stolen Friday at 701 Broadway Rear. A vehicle window was reported broken in connection with the complaint.
A stereo and speakers were reported stolen and a vehicle damaged Saturday at 512 N. Middle.
A blue 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee was reported stolen Saturday by Auffenburg Chrysler at 61 S. Kingshighway.
Personal care items were reported stolen Saturday by Kmart at 11 S. Kingshighway. Danna R. Boley, 34, of 107 Cora, Morley, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the complaint.
Burglary
A burglary was reported Friday at 1215 Kingshighway. DVDs, a PlayStation, games, DVD player and a television were reported taken.
Property Damage
A car window was reported broken Saturday at 40 N. Sprigg.
Two doors were reported broken Saturday at 1021 Bloomfield. Lakeish S. Johnson, 18, and Lashonda J. Moore, 26, both of 1014 Bloomfield, Cape Girardeau, received summonses for property damage in connection with the complaint.
Miscellaneous
Eight reports of fraudulent use of a credit device were made Saturday at various local businesses.
