DWI

• Gregory Welter, no age given, 208 Louis St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

• A subject is in custody pending formal charges for first-degree robbery.
• Diane Conner, no age given, of Benton, Mo., was arrested on a warrant.
• Eneas Bitri, no age given, 3048 Patriot Drive, was arrested on suspicion of assault.

Theft

• The theft of a PlayStation 3 game and controller and an XBox 360 was reported.

Miscellaneous

• A 41-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
