Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department reported the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Logan M. Sloan, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and possession of intoxicants by a minor.

* Jason N. Goben, 31, 1601 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect is in custody pending formal charges for possession of cocaine and operating a vehicle without a license plate light.

* Keith A. Bittle, 37, 522 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Kentucky warrant for parole violation.

* Harold L Appel, 26, 1700 New Madrid St., was arrested for probation violation.

* Amy L Dillon, 34, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Anetra M. Jackson, 39, 117 N. Clark Ave., No. 1, was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Steven J. Thomas, 29, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 8, was arrested on a warrant.

* Benjamin C. Orwig, 35, 3021 Mimosa Drive, No. 4, was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Ashley S. Lynn, 26, of Scott City was arrested on Scott City warrants for failure to appear for expired license and improper registration.

* Robert A. Cox, 49, 714 S. Pacific St., received a summons for violating animal leash and license requirements.

* Barbara A. Meatheany, 54, 712 S. Pacific St., received a summons for violating animal leash and license requirements.

* Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported stolen gasoline.

* Kidd's, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported stolen gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported stolen gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported stolen gasoline.

* Rent One Video, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported an unreturned video game.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of PlayStation 3 and game were reported at 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 414.

* A burglary and theft of electronic items were reported at 676 Napa Circle.

Miscellaneous

* A violation of order of protection was reported.

* Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported.

* Forgery and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card was reported.

* Trespassing was reported at 702 Louis St.

* An escape from confinement was reported at 2007 Southern Expressway.

DWI

* Dana K. Bell, 30, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Jordan T. Masson, 19, 315 S. Farmington Road, was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Summonses

* Landon C. Perry, 23, of Whitewater received a summons for failure to register.

* Beau D. Dunning, 22, of Whitewater received a summons for failure to stop at a posted stop sign.

* Shannon D. Stacy, 18, 775 Hickory Hills Drive, received a summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A theft was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.

* A theft was reported in the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
