Arrests

* Logan M. Sloan, 20, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for failure to appear for driving while intoxicated, driving while revoked, careless and imprudent driving and possession of intoxicants by a minor.

* Jason N. Goben, 31, 1601 N. Main St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia.

* A suspect is in custody pending formal charges for possession of cocaine and operating a vehicle without a license plate light.

* Keith A. Bittle, 37, 522 N. Sprigg St., was arrested on a Kentucky warrant for parole violation.

* Harold L Appel, 26, 1700 New Madrid St., was arrested for probation violation.

* Amy L Dillon, 34, of Jackson was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for improper registration and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* Anetra M. Jackson, 39, 117 N. Clark Ave., No. 1, was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Steven J. Thomas, 29, 1927 N. Kingshighway, Lot 8, was arrested on a warrant.

* Benjamin C. Orwig, 35, 3021 Mimosa Drive, No. 4, was arrested on a warrant of commitment.

* Ashley S. Lynn, 26, of Scott City was arrested on Scott City warrants for failure to appear for expired license and improper registration.
