Arrests

* Shannon N. Kinder, 29, 606 S. Silver Springs Road, No. 46, was arrested on a Scott County warrant for nonsupport.

* David L. Hoffman, 36, of Leopold, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

Summonses

* Johnathan A. Winfield, 30, 120 N. Park Ave., was issued a summons for stealing.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported. A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault and resisting arrest in connection with the complaint.

* A domestic assault was reported and a cell phone was reported stolen.

Thefts

* Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported two incidents of theft of gasoline.

* AmerenUE, 45 S. Minnesota Ave., reported trespassing and a theft of four spools of copper wire. Ronald S. Cochran, 38, 801 S. Pacific St., was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Rhodes 101, 10 S. West End Blvd., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Elite Developments, 2607 Prairie Lane, reported a theft of a furnace at 419 S. Sprigg St.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

Burglary

* A burglary and theft of a laptop computer were reported at 2700 Pioneer Drive, No. 176.

Property damage

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 3440 Lowes Drive.

Miscellaneous

* Interference with custody was reported.
