The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests Joe W. Nunley Jr., 37, of 607 Maple Street was arrested Thursday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Allen D. Mills, 26, of 204 N. Park was arrested Thursday on a St. Louis County warrant for non-support.

A subject was placed in custody Thursday pending the filing of formal charges for making a false declaration, failure to stop for a red light and driving while suspended.

Amy M. Gordon, 26, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested Thursday on a Madison County warrant for speeding and a Poplar Bluff warrant for no seat belt.

Crystal D. Seyer, 24, of 807 Perry was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for a bad check.

A 22-year-old male was placed in protective custody Thursday.

A juvenile was placed in custody Friday on suspicion of stealing.

Eddie D. Clardy, 22, of 688 Knobcone Lane, Jackson, was arrested Friday on suspicion of robbery.

Tyrance D. Hill, 26, of 817 S. Pacific was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.

Honor R. Marshall, 19, of Bloomfield, Mo., was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for possession of unlawful weapons.

Summonses Sarah E. Snider of Perryville, Mo., received a summons Thursday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Dennis W. Alexander, 51, of 203 Franks Lane received a summons Friday for property damage.

Matthew H. Woodall of New Madrid, Mo., received a summons Thursday for striking a legally stopped vehicle.

Assaults A statutory rape was reported Thursday.

A domestic assault, trespassing and peace disturbance was reported Friday.

Thefts Cash was reported stolen Thursday at Main Street.
