  • Dejuan I. McClung, 21, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 27, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
  • John A. Myers, 31, 416 North St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.
  • Janeeka T. Payne, 20, of Indianapolis on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for child restraint.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended and failure to signal.
  • Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.
  • Rachel G. Pierce, 39, 709 North St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Scott City warrant.
  • Beverly N. Jones, 45, 541 S. Hanover St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for passing bad checks.
  • Two girls, age 15 and age 16, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
  • Rachel G. Pierce, 39, 709 North St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self or others.
  • Zachary Ricks, 23, 3001 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.

Summons

  • Lisa A. Seithel, 22, 3011 Themis St., Apt. B, received a summons for telephone harassment.

Theft

  • A laptop and case were reported stolen at 1142 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

  • A vehicle window was reported broken at 1112 Harmony St.

  • Forgery was reported.

  • Francis A. Ladish, 18, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Clayton R. Jeffery, 18, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Tyler J. Wilson, 19, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
  • Ryan C. Marshall, 18, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
