Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Dejuan I. McClung, 21, 508 Cape Meadows Circle, Apt. 27, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for passing bad checks.
• John A. Myers, 31, 416 North St., Apt. B, was arrested on suspicion of assault and property damage.
• Janeeka T. Payne, 20, of Indianapolis on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for child restraint.
• A subject was in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended and failure to signal.
• Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges on suspicion of stealing, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• A 16-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance.
• Rachel G. Pierce, 39, 709 North St., Apt. 4, was arrested on a Scott City warrant.
• Beverly N. Jones, 45, 541 S. Hanover St., was arrested on two Scott County warrants for passing bad checks.
• Two girls, age 15 and age 16, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
• Rachel G. Pierce, 39, 709 North St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
• A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for behavior injurious to self or others.
• Zachary Ricks, 23, 3001 Themis St., Apt. C, was arrested on a probation and parole warrant for probation violation for domestic assault.

Summons

• Lisa A. Seithel, 22, 3011 Themis St., Apt. B, received a summons for telephone harassment.

Theft

• A laptop and case were reported stolen at 1142 N. Kingshighway.

Property damage

• A vehicle window was reported broken at 1112 Harmony St.

• Forgery was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Phillip E. Thomas, 39, 917 E. Jackson Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance and tampering.
• David A. Sherion, 41, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.
• Larry B. Reid, 35, 805 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear.

Assault

• An assault was reported at Donald and Morton streets.
• An assault was reported in the 600 block of East Adams Street.

Theft

• Two thefts were reported in the 1100 block of Highland Drive.
• A theft was reported in the 700 block of Bois D'Arc Street.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported on Optimist Hill.

Miscellaneous

• A peace disturbance was reported at Cherry and Russell streets.
• A peace disturbance was reported in the 1200 block of Brandom Street.
• A request to keep the peace was received from the 900 block of West Independence Street.

DWI

• Christopher H. Collins, 22, of Kennett, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

• Daniel M. Boemeke, 19, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Francis A. Ladish, 18, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Clayton R. Jeffery, 18, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Tyler J. Wilson, 19, of Fenton, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Ryan C. Marshall, 18, of O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.
• Jordi R. Morris, 23, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of excessive blood alcohol content, being a prior offender and driving while revoked.
• John D. Childers, 44, of Gordonville was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for driving while revoked.
• Norman E., Dobbs, 53, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic assault.
• Lashay E. Pinkerton, 39, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault.
• Tina M. Graham, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.
• Jesse C. Essner, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of supplying liquor to a minor.
• Matthew S. Hoffman, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of supplying liquor to a minor.
• Blake D. Neal, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor, failure to register a motor vehicle and resisting an unlawful stop.
• Ethan V. O'Connell, 18, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor.
• Michael S. Kuehn, 19, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor.
• Caleb E. Smith, 19, of Millersville was arrested on suspicion of stealing and burglary.
