The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Nigelle J. Bird, 17, 623 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Ray L. Legg, 17, 313 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of assault.

* Jessica M. Jackson, 20, of St. Louis was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, failure to show proof of insurance and speeding.

* Melvin A. Bond Jr., 1228 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 12, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana.

* Two subjects were in custody pending formal charges of unlawful use of a weapon, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Shukufeh M. Joshghani, 21, 522 N. Sprigg St., Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

* Michael D. Siebert, 27, 1340 W. Cape Rock Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful use of a weapon.

Summonses

* Kerry D. Dickinson, 22, 418 Sheridan Drive, received a summons for a disorderly house.

* Jason S. Coalter, 30, 1657 County Road 206, received a summons for failure to maintain a property at 1103 S. Sprigg St. free of litter and construction debris.

* Rita C. Jones, 49, 519 North St., received a summons for failure to maintain a property at 402 North St. free of high weeds.

* Gary L. Stevenson, 54, 1408 Bessie St., received a summons for a leash law-violation and failure to possess or display a city animal license.

* Tonya A. Richards, 45, 1823 Bloomfield St., received a summons for a leash-law violation.

Assault

* A domestic assault was reported.

* A burglary was reported at 1423 Luce St. Firearms were reported stolen in the break-in.

Thefts

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Shana L. Osborn, 23, 146 N. Legend St., Jackson, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A vehicle window was broken at 104 Vantage Drive and alcohol, clothing, firearms, gun cases, shell holder belts, binoculars, backpacks, shooting glasses, electric brooms and tools were reported stolen.

* A bicycle was reported stolen at 520 N. Fountain St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at Lexington Avenue and Kingsway Drive and a purse was reported stolen from the vehicle.

* A bill of sale was reported stolen at 37 S. Benton St.

* A trailer and gutter machine were reported stolen at 103 N. Henderson Ave.

* A cell phone and cash were reported stolen at 410 Kiwanis Drive.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Identity theft was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of an MP3 player. Marcus D. Larry, 19, 3018 Mimosa Drive, was arrested in connection with the complaint.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of alcohol and clothing. Yosheiko Y. Lee, 33, 826 Elm St., and Shonzae L. Bellamy, 23, 826 Elm St., were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* An iPhone was reported stolen at 353 S. Kingshighway.

* A vehicle was reported damaged and a purse was reported stolen at 808 West Rodney Drive.

Property damage

* A window was reported broken at 121 East Rodney Drive.

* A vehicle was reported damaged at 101 Cape West Parkway.
