DWIs

  • A subject is in custody pending charges for driving while intoxicated.
  • Jason M. Qualls, 31, 90 E. Cape Rock Drive, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to use a turn signal.
  • Jamie H. Parker, 28, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, impeding traffic and driving while revoked.

Arrests

  • Donte A. Ivy, 21, 1030 S. Pacific St., was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to drive on right side of roadway and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident.

Thefts

  • Rhodes, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A burglary was reported at 1233 Perryville Road.
  • Sav-A-Lot, 121 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of food items. A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court in connection with the incident.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
  • A political sign was reported stolen at 609 N. Mount Auburn Road.
  • A wallet, jewelry and a money order were reported stolen at 3439 William St.
  • Two 15-year-old boys were cited into juvenile court for stealing.
  • An iPhone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
  • A PlayStation 2 and digital camera were reported stolen at 416 S. West End Blvd.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported at 415 S. Benton St.
  • Property damage was reported stolen at 1805 Brink St.
  • A vehicle was reported damaged at 215 S. Benton St.
  • Andy's Custard, 809 N. Kings­highway, reported a building spray painted.
  • City of Cape Girardeau reported building spray painted.
