Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Nichole L. Martin, 19, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.
  • Hope M. Hamil, 36, 534 Ogala Lane, was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for following too closely.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.
  • Scott A. Long, 29, 1625 Themis St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.
  • A subject is in custody pending formal charges of stealing.
  • Brandon M. Ervin, 19, 3007 Wisteria Drive, Apt. A, was arrested on suspicion of careless and imprudent driving and being a minor in possession of alcohol by consumption.

Summons

  • Kayla S. Huffman, 55, 1005 Camino Court, was issued a summons in connection with a peace disturbance.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Wal-Mart reported the theft of alcohol, cosmetics and clothing. Lori S. Burton, 29, of Scott City, and Valerie I. Estes, 21, 2845 Themis St., No. 1, were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the incident.
  • Macy's of 3049 William st., reported a theft of clothing. Terra E. Fowlkes, 18, of Sikeston, Mo., was issued a summons for stealing in connection with the incident.
  • Two purses were reported stolen at 735 Clark Ave.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 2148 William St.
  • Tools were reported stolen at 3440 Lowes Drive.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at Best Buy. Benjamin K. Ashauer, 24, 902 Jefferson Ave., was issued a summons for stealing in connection with the incident.

Burglary

  • Second-degree burglary was reported at 1400 S. West End Blvd. Prescription medication and Boost bars were reported stolen in the incident.

Property damage

  • Store holiday windows were reported broken at 636 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

  • A 22-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
  • A 37-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
  • A 19-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
  • A forgery was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Misty D. Bogard, 29, 3186 State Route Y, was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant for possession of marijuana.
  • Robert W. Penrod, 27, 502 Neal St., was arrested on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident.

Summonses

  • Kay L. Reed, 39, 409 N. Shawnee Blvd., was issued a summons for failure to register motor vehicle.
  • Zachary C. Statler, 20, 176 Grandview Drive, was issued a summons for possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jesse C. Meyer, 20, of Millersville was issued a summons for possession of 35 grams or less of marijuana.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 500 block of West Main Street.
  • A theft was reported in the 2200 block of East Jackson Boulevard.

Property damage

  • Property damage was reported on Optimist Hill Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • An ex parte violation was reported in the 3100 block of Old Cape Road.
  • Forgery was reported in the 1600 block of Mulberry Street.
  • A domestic dispute was reported in the 900 block of West Independence Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of North Missouri Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 2000 block of Old Toll Road.

The Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Arnes Crnolic, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.
  • Jonathan K. Gordon, 19, of Florissant, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jacob A. Gaddy, 18, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana.
  • Chad M. Looman, 29, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of assault and driving while revoked.
  • Kristina M. Tarrants, 26, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of failure to register motor vehicle.
