The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI Harold Edgar Oberndorfer, 39, of 12275 Highway A, Frohna, Mo., was issued a summons Friday for driving while intoxicated, driving with no headlights and for being an unlicensed driver.
John Walter Moss, 46, of 555 N. Sprigg, No. 18, was issued a summons Saturday for driving while intoxicated.
Arrests Andrew Charles Tansil, 19, of 257 N. Park, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear in court for a disorderly house.
Barbara Ann Johnston of 410 Themis, Apt. C, Cape Girardeau, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to pay fines.
Thefts
Cash was reported stolen Friday at McDonald's at 1925 Broadway.
A purse was reported stolen Friday at 1831 Niemann
Two boxes of shotgun shells were reported stolen Friday from 825 N. Fountain.
A bicycle was reported stolen Friday at Capaha Park.
A bottle of alcohol was reported stolen Saturday from JD's Quick Mart at 1101 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Saturday at Rhodes 101 Stop at 1126 N. Sprigg.
An electric child's toy was reported stolen Saturday at 1310 Whitner.
A bicycle was reported stolen Saturday at 1340 Wayne.
First-degree burglary of cash was reported Saturday at 921 Linden.
Seven cigars were reported stolen Saturday at Rhodes 101 Stops at 407 Morgan Oak.
Assaults
Assault and first armed criminal action was reported Saturday.
Assault was reported Friday at 305 N. Frederick.
A domestic assault was reported Friday at the 1000 block of Bloomfield.
A domestic assault was reported Friday at the 1600 block of N. Spanish.
Miscellaneous
An ex-parte violation was reported on the 1500 block of Good Hope.
The unlawful use of a weapon was reported Friday at Fountain and Mill.
Forgery was reported Thursday at 331 S. Lorimier.
Counterfeiting was reported Thursday by Endless Summer Tan at 1420 N. Kingshighway.
Endangering the welfare of a child was reported Saturday.
A bicycle was reported found Saturday at Jefferson and Ellis.
Four bicycles were reported found Saturday at 1049 Capaha Park.
Tampering with a victim was reported Saturday.
