Arrest Scott E. Peetz, 44, of 3655 State Highway F, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Monday on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear.

Summons Joseph F. Marchant, 19, of 9781 Tesson Creek, St. Louis, Mo., received a summons Sunday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia at Kent Library at Southeast Missouri State University.

Thefts

A dog carrier was reported stolen Sunday at 2532 Albert Rasche.

A cell phone was reported stolen Sunday at 8 Village Drive.

A blue bicycle was reported stolen Monday at 1018 S. Pacific.

A tote bag and wallet were reported stolen Friday at Towers West at Southeast Missouri State University.

A burglary was reported Sunday at 1122 S. Pacific. A Nintendo player and assorted games were taken.

An attempted burglary was reported Monday at 1324 N. Missouri. A door and strike plate were reported damaged.

Jackson

Tuesday, Oct. 7

The following items were released by the Jackson Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs Evelyn M. Harris, 54, of 1207 E. Main, No. 21, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.

Jonathan C. Knaup, 23, of P.O. Box 47, Jackson, was arrested Saturday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive in a single lane.

Arrest

Stephen McDaniel, 18, of 957 W. Independence St., No. 52, Jackson, was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of marijuana and drug parphernalia.
