DWI

  • John Cruetz, 43, 133 S. Missouri Ave., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, driving without insurance and a stop-sign violation.

Arrests

  • Larry J. Bridges Jr., 21, 3001 Themis St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of false declaration; on three Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court; a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation; and a Scott City warrant for false declaration.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges for domestic assault.
  • Jerry L. Curry, 42, 2818 Whitener St., Apt. 4, was arrested on suspicion of property damage for a damaged vehicle.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with evidence and driving while revoked.
  • Raymond D. Garner, 42, 324 N. West End Blvd., Apt. A, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear.
  • A subject was in custody pending filing of formal charges of domestic assault.
  • Charles Madden, 40, 535 Asher St.; James Franklin, 25, 617 N. Spanish St.; and Samuel McDaniel, 21, 301 Louis St., were arrested on suspicion of assault reported at 2818 Whitener St.

Summonses

  • A 16-year-old boy received a summons for prohibited acts, loud music.
  • Joseph S. Caruso, 18, 2811 Hilldale Circle, received a summons for prohibited acts, noises.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • A Missouri license plate was reported stolen at 1201 N. Spanish St.
  • Money was reported stolen at 2011 N. Kingshighway.
  • A television, dresser and Master Lock were reported stolen at 1915 Golden Eagle Court.
  • A robbery was reported.
  • Jimmy John's, 1800 Broadway, reported a theft of cash.
  • A robbery was reported.
  • Kidd's, 1325 Broadway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A Kenwood stereo was reported stolen and a door handle and face plate were reported damaged at 202 Siemers Drive.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 107 S. Park Ave.

Miscellaneous

  • A person was taken into protective custody at 161 West Drive.
  • Fraud was reported at 327 S. Kingshighway.
  • A call to assist another agency was reported at 46 N. Hanover St.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A Missouri driver's license was reported lost at 627 S. Benton St.
  • Bening Mazda, 460 Siemers Drive, reported two missing Missouri license plates.
  • Interference with child custody was reported.
  • A 21-year-old man was taken into protective custody at Independence Street and Broadway.
  • A violation of an ex parte order was reported.
