DWI

* Gabriel M. Keys, 26, 2849 Vista Lane, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.

Arrests

* Wade Allen Moore, 42, 426 East Lane, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for assault on a law enforcement officer.

* Quincy R. Lucious, 51, 608 Locust St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for driving with a revoked license.

* Otoniel Anceno, 19, 615 Sycamore Circle, was arrested on suspicion of speeding, having no license and improper registration.

* Three juveniles were arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Melissa R. Steep, 32, of Advance, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

Summonses

* John Peter Wyman, 45, 235 Merriwether St., received two summonses for failure to repair a broken window at 101 N. Main St. and failure to repair exterior walls at 43 N. Main St.

* Jeremy R. Burton, 33, 500 Louis St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

* Richard Lee Dodds Jr., 34, 1717 Luce St., received a summons for failure to display an animal license.

* Damien R. Ohmes, 30, Charleston, Mo., received a summons for stealing and trespassing.

* Matthew S. Hon, 25, of Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for indecent exposure.
