DWI

  • Rasheena Jean Dykes, 23, 2447 Route B, Oak Ridge, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Perry Lloyd Harkey, 52, 1230 Sailer Circle, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for nonsupport.
  • Derrick Alan Gardner, 47, 1022 Anna St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of stealing and property damage.
  • Shannon Lee Smith, 37, 1723 Carolina Drive, was arrested on a Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear.
  • A subject was in custody pending formal charges for assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Summons

  • Kevin Thomas Schutte, 21, 237 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Jacob D. Greten, 21, 233 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Amber N. Hailey, 17, 806 W. Wakefield Ave., Sikeston, Mo., received a summons for stealing.

Burglaries

  • Medications were reported stolen from 211 Mason St.
  • A Garmin GPS was reported stolen at 666 S. Spring Ave.

Thefts

  • Windows and doors were reported stolen from a 2004 Jeep parked at 117 N. Main St.
  • Windows were reported damaged on a vehicle and an XM radio receiver stolen from a vehicle parked at 645 S. Spring St.
  • A wallet was reported stolen from 2145 Independence St.
  • A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse stolen at 2911 Kage Road.
  • Fraudulent use of a credit device was reported in the Cape Girardeau area.

  • A motor vehicle tampering incident was reported at 64 S. Spring Ave.
  • A light blue Pro bicycle was found at Bloomfield Road and Siemers Drive.
  • A wallet was found at Bloomfield Road and Sheridan Drive.
  • An animal bite was reported at 1531 Mississippi St.
  • A domestic assault was reported.
  • A robbery was reported in the unit block of Caruthers Ave.

DWI

  • Darrell K. Brenenstall, 38, 425 Elm St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana under 35 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

Arrests

  • Russell Whitlock, 52, 819 Dorothy St., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana under 35 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.

Theft

  • A theft was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.

Miscellaneous

  • A harassment incident was reported in the 1100 block of Lakewood Drive.
  • A disturbance was reported in the 800 block of Amanda Street.
  • A disturbance was reported in the 1800 block of Alpine Drive.
  • A disturbance was reported in the 200 block of Henderson Street.
