DWI

  • Jerrica L. O'Kelly, 20, of Whitewater was arrested on Cape Girardeau County warrants for driving while intoxicated and intentionally inhaling fumes.

Arrests

  • Brandon A. Harris, 25, 2902 Bernice St., was arrested on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
  • Jorge Cruz Robles, 18, 1909 William St., was arrested on suspicion of speeding, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, no insurance and no operator's license.

Summonses

  • Constance Y. Smith, 20, 724 S. Pacific St., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds and brush.
  • Nancy E. Farmer, 54, of Greensboro, Mo., was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds and brush.
  • Bruce A. McClard, 58, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of weeds.
  • Marino Peralto-Cruz, 19, 141 Sunset St., was arrested on suspicion of no operator's license, failure to use turn signal, immigration and customs enforcement.

Thefts

n Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Identification items were reported stolen at 111 N. Clark Ave., Apt. 4.
  • A revolver was reported stolen at 2677 Hopper St.
  • Bluff City Beer Co., 450 Siemers Drive, reported a theft of alcohol.
  • Schnuck's, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol.
  • Jewelry was reported stolen at 445 Marie St.

Property damage

  • A door was reported damaged at 2834 Whitener St., Apt. 1.
  • A wall was reported damaged at 221 N. Fountain St.
