- John R. Miller, 29, 2812 Whitener St., No. 2, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear, no proof of insurance and revoked operator's license.
- Jimmie L. Lindell Jr., 26, 531 N. Fountain St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no operator's license.

- Mark A. Williams, 43, 129 S. Park St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for no operator's license.
- Lugenes Dodds, 18, 909 Hackberry St., No. 104, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for no insurance, receiving stolen property and improper registration.
- Angelinta F. Whiteney, 21, 646 S. Henderson St., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
- A 14-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being beyond parental control.
- Justin M. Howell, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

- A video game system, accessories and games were reported stolen at 1122 Ranney Ave.
- Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of alcohol.

- Damage to windshield was reported in the 800 block of William Street.
