The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
Arrests
* Betty A. Logan, 22, of Cairo, Ill., was arrested on three Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for contempt of court, trespassing and possession of an imitation controlled substance.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of false declaration.
* Ashleigh N. Schaffer, 19, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of stealing from Spencer Gifts, 3049 William St.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of domestic assault.
* A subject was in custody pending formal charges of burglary and stealing.
* A 16-year-old girl was placed in protective custody for violating curfew.
* Stephanie Lenore Fraction, 27, 909 Hackberry St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for a bad check.
* Edwin L. Robinson, 18, of Charleston, Mo., received a summons for violating the city's park curfew.
* Medication was reported stolen at 1400 South West End Boulevard.
* Saint Francis Medical Center, 211 Saint Francis Drive, reported a breast pump stolen.
* A debit card was reported stolen at 1229 S. Ellis St.
* A key was reported stolen at 3439 William St.
* Harassment was reported.
* A 47-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 26-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* Harassment was reported.
