Arrests

  • Mark Douglas Kilhafner, 31, of Marble Hill, Missouri, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at Orscheln Farm and Home, 338 Christine St.
  • A suspect is in custody pending formal charges of DWI and driving while revoked.
  • Lloyd Darnell Gilmore, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Jefferson City, Missouri, warrant for probation violation.
  • Wendi Danielle Freeman, 36, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at Wal-Mart, 3439 William St.
  • Deron Montrell Moore, 29, was arrested on suspicion of stealing at 209 S. Kingshighway.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges of making a false report and posession of a controlled substance.
  • Steven Kenneth Dusterhoft, 35, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to return to confinement.

Summonses

  • Mark Posey, no age given, of Portageville, Missouri, was issued a summons for following too closely at William Street and West End Boulevard.
  • Andrew Gregg Ruether, 21, of Cape Girardeau was issued a summons for prohibited acts/noises.
  • Steven D. Anderson, no age given, of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, was issued a summons for failure to yield at Independence and Pacific streets.

Stealing

  • A cellphone was reported stolen at Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway.
  • A Samsung Note 3 was reported stolen at 121 E. Rodney Drive.

Property Damage

  • Damage to a shed door was reported at Cape Girardeau Central High School, 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.
