Arrests

  • Jason E. Lashley, 30, 1105 Giboney Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • A 14-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court for stealing, property damage and receiving stolen property.
  • Thomas P. Klockenkempern, 42, 2824 Themis St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for full order of protection.
  • David R. Lester Sr., 37, 405 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for walking in road when sidewalk is available.
  • Calvin L. Williams, 21, 1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 202, was arrested on suspicion of possession of controlled substance, no license and two headlights required.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault.
  • Jay A. Jackson, 23, 603 Mechaw Drive, was arrested on a warrant.
  • Janice R. Peairs, 39, 1311 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no license.

Summonses

  • Jordan K. Cracraft, 21, 1106 Dorothy St., was issued a summons for trespassing.
  • Michael P. Hussman, 21,1710 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 705, was issued a summons for maintaining a disorderly house.
  • Charles E. Stucker, 53, 312 W. Lorimier St., Apt. 151, was issued a summons for failure to maintain property free of trash and litter and failure to maintain property free of high weeds.

Thefts

  • A mower was reported stolen at 607 Locust St.
  • A Zune and money were reported stolen in the 1000 block of Silver Springs Road.
  • A purse was reported stolen at 1855 Perryville Road.
  • A frame, engine cradle, shock mounts and shocks, coil springs and arms were reported stolen at 9 Henderson Ave.

Property damage

  • A plastic trash can and linoleum flooring were reported damaged at 901 Hackberry St.

Miscellaneous

  • Child molestation was reported.

  • Antwon M. Beasley, 36, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of probation violation.

  • Darrin A. Aubuchon, 43, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation and driving while intoxicated.
  • Amanda M. Price, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear.
  • Michael S. Kuehn, 19, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for being a visibly intoxicated minor.
  • David G. Farris, 21, of Jackson was arrested on a Stoddard County warrant for failure to appear and driving while intoxicated.
  • Dale D. Bookwalter, 35, of Clarkton, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County, Mo., warrant for first-degree statutory sodomy.
