  • David E. Popp, 43, 1104 Themis St., was arrested on a warrant for probation violation.
  • Shanell L. Russell, 25, of Hayti, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for probation revocation for stealing.
  • A subject is in custody pending charges for trespassing.
  • Fernando Marcial-Lopez, 30, and Enrique D. Melgar, 38, both of 1909 William St., were arrested on suspicion of immigration violations.

  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 504 S. Frederick St.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A coin was reported stolen at 25 S. Sprigg St., No. 9.
  • Macy's, 3049 William St., reported a theft. Isiah L. Mathis, 24, 2525 Themis St., No. 8, was arrested in connection with the incident.
  • Two cell phones were reported stolen in the 1000 block of South Silver Springs Road.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kings­highway, reported a theft of gasoline.
