DWI

  • Laura M. Finger, 25, 1530 New Madrid St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and making an illegal U-turn.

Arrests

  • Robert K. Scott, 44, 618 North St., No. 201, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
  • Victoria L. Fisher, 22, 1013 Village Lane, was arrested on a Perry County warrant for stealing.
  • A suspect was in custody pending formal charges for possession of drugs with intent to distribute.
  • Earnest T. Davis, 38, 805 William St., was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear.
  • Leonard McAdory, 34, 623 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summons

  • Johnny L. Ladd, 43, of Oran, Mo., was issued a summons for possession and consumption of alcohol on a city street.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

Summonses

  • Julie A. Brandmeyer, 28, 2077 Pear Tree Court, Apt. 9, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
  • Ronald D. William Jr., 30, of Jackson was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Miscellaneous

  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
  • A peace disturbance was reported in the 100 block of Tracy Street.
  • Trespassing was reported in the 300 block of South Missouri Street.
