The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs David Lynn Massa Jr., 22, of Box 346, County Road 304, Marble Hill, Mo., was issued a summons for driving while intoxicated and speeding at Kingshighway and Walnut.
John Robert Edward Mitchell, 22, of 3005 Themis, Apt. B, Cape Girardeau, was issued a summons Saturday for driving with a suspended license and driving while intoxicated at the corner of Kingshighway and Bessie.
Arrests Brandon Cliff Baker, 24, of 909 Ranney, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a county warrant for probation violation.
Andrew Phillip Baldwin, 20, of 220 Marlin Drive, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Saturday on a warrant.
Summons Glen Austin Taylor, 20, of 1206 S. Ellis, was issued a summons Saturday for theft at 200 West Park Mall.
Assault A juvenile was referred into juvenile custody for assault and trespassing at 1000 N. Middle.
Thefts A stereo and compact discs were reported stolen Saturday at the corner of Good Hope and Linda Street.
Hucks, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported gas stolen Saturday.
Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg, reported liqour stolen Saturday.
Property damage
Two tires were reported slashed Saturday at 105 N. Clark.
A vehicle was reported damaged Saturday at 3006 Wysteria.
