  • Jenna L. Holten, 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

  • Nicholas P. Berger, 21, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Roger W. Poole Jr., 23, 429 Benton St., Apt. C, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Andrew D. Allen, of Bragg City, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for failure to appear for supplying alcohol to a minor.

  • Lindsay G. Bloodworth, 24, 1909 Bloomfield St., was issued a summons for peace disturbance.
  • Mark Musselman, 24, of Chaffee, Mo., was issued a summons for false declaration.

  • Domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

  • Cape Girardeau public works reported a theft of meters from an electric box and security safety lock.
  • A PlayStation was reported stolen at 1026 Bloomfield St.
  • Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A cell phone was reported stolen at 1213 Jefferson Ave.
  • A wallet was reported stolen at 205 Caruthers Ave.

Property damage

  • The Cape Girardeau County Health Department reported windows broken.
