Cape Girardeau
The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
* Robbin C. Franklin, 21, of McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of prohibited acts and possession of drug paraphernalia.
* Antonio L. Long, 20, 1022 Jefferson Ave., was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
* Radley S. Long, 20, of Chester, Ill., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for insurance ID card required and careful, prudent operation required.
* Domestic assault was reported.
* An assault was reported.
* Tools were reported stolen at 403 S. Pacific St.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing and miscellaneous items. Dustin M. Martin, 27, 2838 Independence St., Apt. 7, was arrested in connection with this incident.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of miscellaneous items. Melissa M. Davis, 23, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the incident.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of clothing. Chiquito C. Bell, 28, 223 S. Hanover St., was arrested in connection with the incident.
* A cell phone was reported stolen at 2001 N. Kingshighway.
* A face plate was reported stolen at 820 N. Sprigg St.
* A GPS unit, ghost touch, CDs and change were reported stolen at Village on the Green.
* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of a firearm.
* A chain-link fence was reported stolen at 1725 Lawanda Drive.
* An amplifier and speaker box were reported stolen at 138 Green Acres.
* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of fuel.
Property damage
* Three incidents of damage to a vehicle were reported at Arena Park.
* Damage to a vehicle was reported at 1134 N. Sprigg St.
* Vehicle damage was reported at 312 W. Lormier St.
* Damage to a mailbox was reported at 1770 Bertling St.
Miscellaneous
* Possession of a controlled substance was reported.
* A 45-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 28-year-old man was placed in protective custody.
* A 25-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
