The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

• Kevin Laster, no age given, 807 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 9, was arrested on suspicion of peace disturbance.
• Jimmie Lindell Jr., no age given, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court and on a Charleston, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.
• Alvin Hightower, no age given, 227 S. Spanish St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while suspended.

Summonses

• Michael Smith, no age given, 2816 Hawthorne Road, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Jordan Keele, no age given, 1647 Westwood Drive, received a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Burglary

• A burglary was reported.

Property damage

• A rear window was reported broken at 3019 Themis St., Apt. 1.
• A car was reported damaged at 3049 William St.
