The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Jay Jackson, no age given, 45 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Thefts

n A cell phone was reported stolen at 1000 S. Silver Springs Road.

• Checks were reported stolen at 224 Independence St.
• A laptop computer wireless stick was reported stolen at 601 North St.
• A cell phone was stolen at 19 S. Kingshighway.

Assaults

n A rape was reported.

• An assault was reported.
• An assault was reported.

Burglaries

• A burglary was reported at 1926 Westwood Drive.
• A burglary was reported at 1214 Meadowbrook Drive.

Property damage

• Vinyl siding was reported damaged at 1306 Good Hope St.

Miscellaneous

• Firearms were reported found at 605 S. Middle St.
• Schnucks, 19 S. Kingshighway, reported use of counterfeit bills.
• Forgery was reported at 224 Independence St.

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

• Tyler W. Beussink 22, 300 E. Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
• Alisha D. Obermann, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Summons

• James P. Kellett, 36, of 310 Meier Lake Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.

Property damage

• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Farmington Road.

Miscellaneous

• A disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of North Street.
• A disturbance was reported in the 3700 block of Shalom Street.
• A disturbance was reported in the area of Litz Boulevard.
