- Tyler W. Beussink 22, 300 E. Jefferson St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and speeding.
- Alisha D. Obermann, 21, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to register a motor vehicle.
Summons
- James P. Kellett, 36, of 310 Meier Lake Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle.
