Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWIs

* Venkata K. Koka, 24, 410 Marie St., No. 202, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and failure to maintain a single lane of traffic.

* Cody W. Buchanan, 18, 1 University Plaza North, No. 712, received a summons for driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Roseanna Boxdorfer, 24, 616 Boxwood Drive, No. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation.

* A subject was in custody pending filing of charges for assault.

* Samantha A. Poole, 24, of Fruitland, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for a seat-belt violation.

* John C. Beck, 37, of Crestwood, Mo., was arrested on an Arnold, Mo., warrant for failure to appear.

Summonses

* Burrae E. Clark, 27, 3002 Themis St., No. 2, received a summons for peace disturbance.

* Dustin McGraw, 20, of Foley, Mo., was arrested on five Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear and two Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for prohibited parking.

Assaults

* An assault and theft was reported.

* A domestic assault was reported.

Burglary

* A burglary was reported at 520 N. Fountain St., No. 1. A paint sprayer and halogen light were reported stolen in the break-in.

* A burglary was reported at 405 S. Ellis St. An Xbox game system and games were reported stolen.

Thefts

* Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

* Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 22 N. Park Ave.

* Rent One, 610 S. Kingshighway, reported a failure to return rental furniture.

* A wallet was reported stolen at 824 Independence St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported a theft of speakers and spark plugs. Amanda D. Payne, 18, 1475 County Road 206, and Matthew J. Payne, 22, of Advance, Mo., were arrested in connection with the complaint.

* A 2000 black Honda Civic was reported stolen at 1408 Lexington Ave. The vehicle was later recovered.

* Briefcases were reported stolen at 1000 N. Henderson Ave.

* A robbery was reported at Kingshighway and Broadway.

* A CD player and banquet tickets were reported stolen at 1037 Middle St.

* Eric R. Davis, 26, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway.

* Kody R. Engler, 24, of Oak Ridge was arrested on suspicion of burglary and stealing.

* Sophia T. Mack, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for passing bad checks.

* Jacob M. Hanna, 17, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Brett M. Lamont, 20, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of possession of liquor by a minor.

* Cedric R. Rucker, 26, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of assault on a law enforcement officer, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident and tampering with a motor vehicle.

* Michael M. Irvin, 17, of Cape Girardeau was arrested on suspicion of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.
