  • Lord Louis Gwinn, 39, 4217 County Road 620, was arrested on suspicion of property damage.
  • Ashlee R. Broughton, 23, of Irvington, Ill., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.
  • Adrian L. Bird, 18, 1508 Scott St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no driver's license.
  • Jose J. Parker, 43, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended and a Sikeston warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fines for no license and a stop sign violation.
  • Benny Savage, 43, 545 Spring Ave., Apt. A., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Summons

  • Eva D. Faverty, 47, of 811 Elm St., received a summons for a peace disturbance.

Assault

  • An assault was reported.

Thefts

  • Shell D-Mart, 3415 William St., reported the theft of gasoline.
  • Two subjects are in custody pending formal charges for robbery and driving while suspended.
  • Two 15-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for stealing an iPod.

Burglary

  • Cash It In, 519 Broadway, reported a broken window and subwoofers taken.

  • A vehicle was reported scratched.

Miscellaneous

  • Two boys, ages 14 and 15, were cited into juvenile court for a peace disturbance by fighting.
  • Request for service was requested at 40 S. Sprigg St.
  • Phone harassment was reported.
  • A subject is in custody for trespassing.
  • A request to assist other agencies was reported.
  • A 25-year-old man was taken into protective custody.

  • Brian C. Steele, 22, 523 Lyndhurst Drive, was issued a summons for failure to register a motor vehicle annually.

  • A theft was reported in the 300 block of North Missouri Street.

  • Property was reported damaged in the 900 block of Independence Street.

Miscellaneous

  • Disorderly conduct disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of Anna Street.
  • A domestic disturbance in progress was reported in the 1200 block of Old Cape Road.
  • Nuisance abatement was reported in the area of West Jackson Boulevard and East Lane and in the 900 block of East Jefferson Street.
  • Littering was reported in the area of East Jackson Boulevard.
