The following items were released Sunday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

Allen Dwayne Mills, 28, of 810 W. Gladys St., Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Scott City warrant for nonsupport. He also received a summons for false declaration.

Sherrele Lee Lovelady, 19, of 426 Bellevue St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court and failure to pay fine for leaving the scene of an accident.

Summons

Timothy Lee Montgomery, 21, of 444 Washington St., received a summons for a disorderly house.

Thefts

Rent-A-Center reported an Apple iPod taken at 2136 William St.

A CD player, subwoofer/amp and a jacket were reported taken in the 1000 block of South Silver Springs.

Rhodes 101 Stop reported gasoline stolen at 2109 William St.

Money was reported stolen in the 200 block of South Lorimier Street.

Rhodes 101 Stop reported gasoline stolen at 10 S. West End Blvd.

Miscellaneous

Identity theft was reported at 350 N. Kingshighway.

An imitation controlled substance was reported found in the 100 block of South Lorimier Street.

Distribution of a controlled substance was reported in the 400 block of Bellevue Street. A subject was taken into custody, pending filing of formal charges.

A 15-year-old girl was reported missing, later located and referred to juvenile court.
