The following items were released Friday by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

Scott A. Reichert, 21, 303 Briarcliff St., Waterloo, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and driving without headlights.

Arrests

Janiece M. Harris, 18, 1949 Delwin St., Apt. 6, was arrested on a city warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay fine and costs for stealing.

Terrance L. Anderson, 28, 100 S. West End Blvd., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for probation violation for burglary and unlawful possession of a firearm.

Lance D. Sterling, 16, 1127 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of trespassing.

Sara R. Gross, 20, 1000 Towers Circle Group, was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and speeding.

Gina Bode, 20, 11 The Crossings Court, O'Fallon, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol and making a false declaration.

Summonses

Ginger A. Ewing, 45, 225 N. Frederick St., was issued a summons for having a disorderly house.

Malcolm W. Hicks, 41, 230 Mill St., was issued a summons for stealing.

Kimberly L. Senters, 19, 4620 Esther St., St. Louis, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Rachael E. Lowes, 350 Henderson Ave., Apt. 228, was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Mandie R. Mojzis, 19, 714 River Hills Drive, Fenton, Mo., was issued a summons for being a minor in possession of alcohol.

Thefts

A CD player, case and CDs were reported stolen from 1424 William St.

Sunglasses, a ball hitch and batteries were reported stolen from 334 Christine St.

A playhouse and seesaw were reported stolen from 103 N. Henderson Ave.

Checks were reported stolen from the United Way at 520 Minnesota Ave.

A green bicycle was reported stolen from 1112 Linden St.

Property Damage

A vehicle windshield was reported broken in the 900 block of Bloomfield Street.

A door was damaged and assorted tools were taken from 712 S. Pacific St.

Miscellaneous

A Missouri license plate, 827 RG3, was reported lost at North Kingshighway and Mount Auburn Road.

ID cards were found in the 700 block of Enterprise Street.

An electronic key was reported lost somewhere in the city.

Two girls ages 14 and 15 and a 12-year-old boy were cited into juvenile court for being in a recovered stolen vehicle, being recovered runaways and various traffic violations.

A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court for being a runaway.

A white 1996 Jeep was towed from Frederick and Independence streets.

A black 1993 Chevrolet was towed from Frederick and Independence streets.

DWIs

Norman R. Markman, 17, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 23 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

David L. Voshage, 40, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 24 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Marshal T. Patterson, 45, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 24 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Daniel K. Wagner, 19, of St. Louis was arrested Sept. 25 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, possession of liquor by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Garrett Jansen, 17, of Advance, Mo., was arrested Sunday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Timothy D. Biggerstaff, 27, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and property damage

Arrests

Ashley M. Bauer, 17, of Jackson was arrested Sept. 24 on Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear on original charges of stealing and no valid driver's license; failure to appear on an original charge of failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and failure to appear on an original charge of no valid license.

Yuvonn E. Gary, 31, of Cape Girardeau was arrested Sept. 24 on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
