The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

• Levi Elledge, 30, 330 Grandview Drive, Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrest

• Melissa M. Robertson, 26, 111 Themis St., No. 11, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for peace disturbance.

Summons

• Jessica S. Knight 32, 411 Louis St., was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident.

Thefts

• A wallet was reported stolen at 1105 Giboney Ave.
• A 15-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of stealing and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
• Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St., reported a theft of gasoline.
• Amerimart, 1320 W. Cape Rock Drive, reported a theft of gasoline.
• A theft of cash was reported.
• A theft of a cell phone was reported at 24 Village Drive.

Miscellaneous

• Harassment was reported at 401 Independence St.
