DWI
* Richard L. Fink, 31, 408 Donald St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and running a red light.
Arrests
* Sarah E. Hahs, 20, and David T. Hahs, 22, 788 County Road 621, were arrested on suspicion of shoplifting from Walmart, 3439 William St.
* David W. McKee Jr., 22, 45 S. West End Blvd., Apt. 106, was arrested on a Union County, Ill., warrant for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.
* Willard E. King, 71, 224 S. Lorimier St., was arrested on suspicion of statutory sodomy.
* Zachary I. Keller, 19, 617 N. Hope St., Jackson, was arrested on suspicion of attempted knowingly burning.
Summonses
* Joseph D. Strauser, 21, 1304 Oak Lane, received a summons for driving off the roadway in a park.
* Tabitha N. Hail, 24, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on a Ste. Genevieve County warrant for failure to appear for illegal window tint, a Perry County warrant for failure to appear for speeding and on suspicion of unlawful possession of a knife.
* John A. Myers, 33, S. West End Blvd., was arrested on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest by flight.
* Eric D. Tunnell, 22, 1327 N. West End Blvd., was arrested on two warrants.
* Troy A. Figliolio, 27, 821 Locust St., was arrested on two Cape Girardeau County warrants for failure to appear for not registering a motor vehicle.
Assault
* An assault was reported.
Thefts
* A wedding ring was reported stolen at 648 Napa Circle.
* Medications were reported stolen at 3400 Glenview Drive.
Burglary
* A subject is in custody pending filing of formal charges for burglary.
Property damage
* Tires were reported damaged at 1105 S. Ranney Ave.
Miscellaneous
* Possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute was reported.
Jackson

* Cory Thomas, 18, 615 W. Washington St., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for not registering a motor vehicle.

* Property was reported damaged in the 400 block of Elm Street.
