The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWIs Chad H. Johnson, 33, of 2215 Leeds Court, Murfreesboro, Tenn., was arrested Thursday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and no rear license plate light.
Joshua R. Maxwell, 23, of 2819 Whitener, Apt. B5, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and failure to drive on the right half of the road.
Arrests Robert L. Mosbey, 29, of 710 Morgan Oak, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of receiving stolen property.
Cynthia C. Dent, 23, of 125 S. Lorimier, Cape Girardeau, was arrested Friday on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court.
Summons Steven J. Grana, 18, of New Hall, No. 232, Cape Girardeau, received a summons Thursday for being a minor in possession of alcohol from the Department of Public Safety at Southeast Missouri State University.
Thefts A carton of cigarettes was reported stolen Thursday by Smokers Outlet at 2116 William.
Gasoline was reported stolen Thursday by Rhodes 101 at 1126 N. Sprigg.
Burglaries A burglary was reported Thursday at 318 S. Hanover. DVDs, games and food was reported stolen.
A burglary was reported Thursday at 505 N. Kingshighway. A coffee maker, a laptop computer and cigarettes were reported stolen.
Renewal tabs for license plates were reported stolen Friday in the Cape Girardeau area.
Property Damage A vehicle was reported scratched Thursday at 1353 Delwin.
Jackson
Miscellaneous A peace disturbance was reported Thursday at the 1200 block of East Main Street.
Forgery was reported Thursday at the 100 block of West Jackson Boulevard.
Theft was reported Thursday at the 200 block of North West Lane.
A domestic dispute was reported Thursday at the 900 block of West Independence.
