Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cody G. Troutt, 21, of Holcomb, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for a probation violation for illegally operating an ATV on a highway and failure to obey a traffic control device.

* A subject was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant but was released after the warrant was recalled.

* Heather R. Pittman, 23, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Traci A. Palmer, 43, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to keep property free of litter.

* A subject was placed in custody pending formal charges of a violation of an order of protection.

* A subject was placed in custody pending formal charges of statutory sodomy.

* Robert D. Bird, 48, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 308, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Crystal L. Daley, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

Assaults

* A domestic assault was reported.

Thefts

* Midwest Energy, 865 N. Kingshighway, reported two 55-gallon barrels stolen.

* Walmart gift cards were reported stolen at 216 S. Lorimier St.

* A CD player was reported stolen at 308 W. Lorimier St.

* Walmart, 3439 William St., reported cell phones stolen.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 913 Hickory St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2136 William St., where an iPod, cash, gift cards and purses were stolen.

* A trampoline was reported stolen at 109 Grandview Drive.

* License tags were reported stolen at 109 N. Henderson Ave.

* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gas stolen.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gas stolen.

* Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported gas stolen.

* Clothing was reported stolen at 709 S. Ellis St.

* Huck's, 353 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of fuel.

Burglaries

* DVDs and CDs were reported stolen at 2829 Lear Drive.

* Burglary was reported.

Property damage

* Accidental damage to a vehicle was reported at 517 S. Middle St.

* A vehicle's window was reported damaged at 308 W. Lorimier St.

* Vinyl siding was reported spray painted at 802 N. Spanish St.

Miscellaneous

* An accidental fire was reported at 517 S. Middle St.

* A trespasser was reported at 45 S. West End Blvd.

* A wallet was reported lost at 3026 William St.

* Interference with custody was reported at 40 S. Sprigg St.

* A purse was found at 25 Village Drive.

* El Torero, 2120 William St., reported trespassing. Colby A. Illers, 21, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the complaint.
