The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Cody G. Troutt, 21, of Holcomb, Mo., was arrested on a Dunklin County warrant for a probation violation for illegally operating an ATV on a highway and failure to obey a traffic control device.

* A subject was arrested on a Miner, Mo., warrant but was released after the warrant was recalled.

* Heather R. Pittman, 23, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for a probation violation.

* Traci A. Palmer, 43, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for failure to keep property free of litter.

* A subject was placed in custody pending formal charges of a violation of an order of protection.

* A subject was placed in custody pending formal charges of statutory sodomy.

* Robert D. Bird, 48, 45 S. West End Blvd., No. 308, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for improper registration.

* Crystal L. Daley, 29, of Poplar Bluff, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for peace disturbance.

* A domestic assault was reported.

* Macy's, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.

* A cell phone was reported stolen at 913 Hickory St.

* A vehicle window was reported broken at 2136 William St., where an iPod, cash, gift cards and purses were stolen.

* A trampoline was reported stolen at 109 Grandview Drive.

* License tags were reported stolen at 109 N. Henderson Ave.

* Bi-State Southern, 612 S. Sprigg St., reported gas stolen.

* A purse was found at 25 Village Drive.

* El Torero, 2120 William St., reported trespassing. Colby A. Illers, 21, of Jackson was arrested in connection with the complaint.
