The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

DWI

* Anthony Tyrone Taylor, 43, 1023 N. Frederick St., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.

Arrests

* Edna James Gates, 38, 1514 Scott St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for obstructing traffic.

* Cristi Lynn Pikey, 36, 171 Shady Creek Lane, ws arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Crystal Lynn Dobbs, 32, 103 N. Clark Ave., was arrested on a Jackson warrant for failure to appear for a show-cause hearing.

* Barry J. Bounds, 24, of St. Louis was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay a fine for a suspended operator's license.

* Heather Renee Pittman, 23, 1708 Brink Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for no insurance.

* Justin Lamarr King, 18, address unknown, was arrested on a Phelps County warrant for assault.

* Jason J. Robert, 35, 1927 N. Kingshighway, was arrested on suspicion of theft, stealing an automobile and domestic assault.

* David C. Epps, 58, 200 Bellevue St., was arrested on nine Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear for three counts of failing to maintain property free of litter, five counts of excessive growth of weeds, obstructing a street and failure to appear for nuisance property.

* Megan R. Baker, 21, of Marble Hill, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for a peace disturbance.

Summonses

* Teketta Michelle Fleming, 28, 910 Jefferson Ave., received a summons for having a dog at large and no city animal license.

* Cedric J. Lucious, 21, 519 Amethyst St., received a summons for possession of a controlled substance.

Assault

* An assault was reported.

Thefts

* Cape Kill Pest Control, 33 N. Frederick St., reported a computer stolen.

* Green Light Solutions of West Alton, Mo., reported a hammer drill stolen.

Miscellaneous

* A 48-year-old man was placed in protective custody.

* A 21-year-old woman was placed in protective custody.
