Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Summons

• Seth A. Miller, 21, of Scott City was issued a summons for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to signal.

Arrests

• Jeremy D. Bernard Hentges, 21, 531 N. Fountain St., was arrested on two Arnold, Mo., warrants for larceny and fraud and two St. Louis County warrants for larceny and dangerous drugs.
• A subject is in custody pending charges for domestic assault and endangering child welfare.

Thefts

• Kmart, 11 S. Kingshighway, reported a theft of cosmetic items.
• Jaspers, 1008 N. Kingshighway reported a theft of fuel.

Assaults

• An assault was reported.
• A domestic assault was reported.
