  • A 15-year-old boy was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of a peace disturbance.
  • Ryan E. Voerg, 17, 615 Ferguson St., was arrested on suspicion of a peace disturbance and possession of tobacco.
  • Nancy E. Merchant, 24, 1207 N. Main St., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to appear to pay fine for stealing, probation revocation on trespassing charge and trespassing.
  • Mark E. Manson, 36, 1928 Delwin St., was arrested on a Scott County warrant for fraud.
  • Thomas J. Fleeman, 25, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for forgery and possession of drugs.
  • Amanda D. Zimmerman, 19, 516 Washington Ave., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for trespassing.
  • Anthony N. Lucas, 19, 1306 Good Hope St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for revoked operator's license.
  • David E. Nolen, 41, 212 S. Lorimier St., Apt. 3, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for failure to appear for theft of cable services.
  • Wendell H. Tagget, 43, of St. Louis, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for probation violation for stealing.
  • Thomas J. Fleeman, 25, address not given, was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for failure to appear for forgery and possession of drugs.
  • A 16-year-old girl was cited into juvenile court on suspicion of assault.

  • Money was reported stolen at 804 S. Pacific St.
  • A Missouri license plate, 875-XCH, was reported stolen at 805 N. Ranney Ave.
  • Rhodes 101, 2109 William St., reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Medication was reported stolen at 3007 Wisteria Drive.
  • Shogun restaurant, 289 Broadview St., reported a theft of steak and shrimp.
  • Rhodes 101, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • Kidds, 103 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.

  • A 1995 white Buick Century four-door car with Missouri license plates 624-AYF was reported stolen at 531 S. Pacific St.
