The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.
DWI
* Geoffrey Stephen Malinski, 23, of McHenry, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
Arrests
* Lashaun C. Malone, 23, 3023 Aspen Drive, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a firearm.
* Autry Gene Robinson, 20, 700 S. Benton St., was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine.
* Elizabeth Anne Garcia, 18, McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Cynthia Kay Garcia, 40, McClure, Ill., was arrested on suspicion of assault.
* Wesley B. Rhymer, 20, Scott City, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of tampering with a motor vehicle and stealing.
* Tavis M. Betts, 32, 624 S. Benton St., was arrested on a Sikeston, Mo., warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for driving while license is revoked, a Union County, Ill. warrant for failure to appear for driving while license is revoked and four Cape Girardeau County warrants for assault, neglect of a child and two failure to appear for neglect of a child.

Thefts
* Jaspers, 407 Morgan Oak St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Rhodes 101, 546 S. Sprigg St., reported gasoline stolen.
* Shivelbines, 535 Broadway, reported a speaker box stolen.
* Checks were reported stolen at 1812 Huston Drive.
Burglary
* Medicap Pharmacy, 1020 N. Kingshighway, reported a drive-through window broken and medication stolen.
Miscellaneous
* Child endangerment was reported.
* Harrassing phone calls were reported.
* Forgery was reported.
* Child molestation was reported.
Jackson
The Jackson Police Department released the following items.

* A fight in progress was reported in the 100 block of Donald Street.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the area of Optimist Hill Drive.
* A peace disturbance was reported in the 200 block of West Vail Drive.
Southeast Missouri State University
The Southeast Missouri State University Department of Public Safety released the following items.
Summons
* Zachary M. Meyer, of Centralia, Ill., receved a summons for possessing alcohol as a minor.
Thefts
* Boots were reported stolen at Towers South.
* Logitech speakers were reported stolen at Myers Hall.
