Cape Girardeau

The Cape Girardeau Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Titus D. Brockman, 18, 1318 N. Sprigg St., Apt. 6, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for failure to pay fine for prohibited acts and a noise disturbance charge.
  • Patrick W. Webb, 17, 1440 N. Main St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for possession of a controlled substance.
  • Thonda D. Stanfield, 38, 1620 N. Spanish St., was arrested on a Dexter, Mo., warrant for failure to appear for no seat belt.
  • Ashley R. Lawrence, 36, of Caruthersville, Mo., was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for false information, no driver's license and no child restraint.
  • Jacqueline M. Emerson, 40, of 3019 Aspen Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested on Cape Girardeau warrants for contempt of court for driving while intoxicated and failure to appear for probation violation.
  • Joseph A. Metz, 26, of Chaffee, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of three counts of fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance.
  • Gary W. Proffer, 22, 548 S. Hanover St., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau warrant for contempt of court for failure to appear for harassment.
  • James D. Hatchel, 54, of Scott City was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Lowell C. Milner Jr., 26, of 745 S. Ellis St., was arrested on suspicion of domestic assault, unlawful use of a weapon, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child.
  • Two 13-year-old girls were cited into juvenile court for truancy.

Thefts

  • Rhodes, 1624 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • A theft of currency was reported at 338 S. Ellis St.
  • Bi-State Southern, 920 N. Kingshighway, reported a theft of gasoline.
  • J.C. Penney, 200 West Park Mall, reported a theft. Vanessa D. Babcock, 19, 1549 Lexington Ave., and Daniella C. Lovellette, 17, 716 N. Broadway, were arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Wal-Mart, 3439 William St., reported a theft. Kyla R. Miller, 18, 709 North St., Apt. 4, and Brandon S. Blagg, 17, 218 S. West End Blvd., were arrested on suspicion of stealing in connection with the incident.
  • Money was reported stolen at 338 S. Ellis St.

Property damage

  • A rear passenger window was reported damaged at 1541 N. Main St.,
  • Basic Fuel, 2551 Bloomfield Road, reported a gas hose accidentally damaged.

Miscellaneous

  • A 29-year-old man was taken into protective custody.
  • A dog bite was reported.
  • A leash-law violation was reported.

Jackson

The Jackson Police Department released the following items. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Donna K. Donner, 49, 611 W. Washington St., Apt. 8, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with utilities.
  • Ryan T. Patterson, 26, 611 W. Washington St., Apt. 8, was arrested on suspicion of tampering with utilities.
  • Shannon M. Adams, 28, 611 W. Washington St., Apt. 8, was arrested on four Cape Girardeau warrants for failure to appear.

Thefts

  • A theft was reported in the 600 block of West Washington Street.
  • A theft was reported in the 1300 block of Woodland Drive.

Assault

  • An assault was reported in the 1200 block of East Main Street.

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau County Sheriff's department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

  • Steven S. Hodges, 24, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and failure to equip motor vehicle with approved tail lamps.
  • Rickey L. Nanny 20, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of being a minor in possession of alcohol.
  • Donna M. Hale, 46, of Jackson was arrested on suspicion of stealing.
  • Neecie M. Branam, 23, of New Madrid, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Anthony W. Crader, 42, of Perryville, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for probation violation.
  • Terri L. Hill, 51, of Jackson was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for forgery.
  • Michael J. Anderson, 32, of Charleston, Mo., was arrested on a Cape Girardeau County warrant for two counts of felony nonsupport.
