* Wanda M. Ellebracht, 23, of Sikeston, Mo., was arrested on suspicion of theft.
* Wesley B. Rhymer, of Scott City was arrested on a warrant.
* A subject is in custody pending formal charges on first-degree tampering with a motor vehicle.
Summonses
* Omar T. Johnson, 29, 1019 N. Middle St., received a summons for indecent exposure.
* Matthew L. Seabaugh, 24, 2435 Travelers Way, Jackson, received a summons for littering.
* Keith R. Toffy, 19, of Chaffee, Mo., received a summons for assault at 26 N. Main St.
* Scott W. Livingston, 21, 233 N. Ellis St., received a summons for maintaining a disorderly residence.
Assaults
* An assault was reported.

Thefts
* Papa John's, 841 N. Kingshighway, reported a car-top sign stolen.
* J.C. Penney, 3049 William St., reported clothing stolen.
