* Deontae Pouncil, 21, 1107 Bloomfield St., was arrested on suspicion of failure to maintain property free of litter.

* Tyler J. Pengelley, 25, 150 Omaha Lane, was arrested on suspicion of stealing.

* Two boys, 11 and 15, were cited into juvenile court on suspicion of stealing.
